                                      -BRANCH DEVELOPMENT-

                                                     RAJ SINGH

                                          DIRECTOR/BRANCH MANAGER

Please join me in welcoming The Flagler Beat into our vision and family.
Some of you may have already been aware that we had introduced the
Leaderboard contest on April 29th. This contest has been designed to be a major
part of our agents, Branch and overall company development. The major thrust
behind this contest is to reward our most successful agents, drive a competitive
spirit and to motivate everyone to continuously improve on their performance
and, eventually, to also strengthen the Company’s growth. We cannot emphasize
enough that these figures have been pulled from QQ Binder dates and it is
imperative that we all enter our policies accurately. We have finally decided upon
3 sets of criteria upon which we would distribute weekly prizes, but this is by no
means set in stone. Other major criteria that we would like to encourage agents to
focus on are account rounding and cross selling, as prizes for these criteria would
be introduced at a later date. It is our fervent wish that everyone embraces this
contest and accept the weekly incentives that Home Office has introduced within
the spirit that it was intended for.

                                                          Good luck!

                                                                                                                   3
