General Terms and Conditions
• These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other
discount offers.
• These promotions will be applicable to Standard Chartered
Credit & Debit Cards issued in Sri Lanka as specified under
each offer.
• Standard Chartered reserves the right to amend/withdraw
offers at its sole discretion.
• These offers are bound by the terms and conditions of the
respective partner establishments.
• Standard Chartered is not a supplier of the products or services
offered by the partner establishments and will not accept any
liability in relation thereto.
• If any dispute arises, the decision of the respective establishment
or Standard Chartered shall be considered final.

• All offers are extended only for Full board or half board basis on
double and triple occupancy.
• Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is
made.
• The cardholder should be present at the hotel throughout the stay.
• The maximum number of rooms that can be booked from a
single card is set at one room for two nights or two rooms for
one night.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer nor can it be
extended to other promotions or dates.
• Offer valid only to Sri Lankans & Resident Visa Holders.
• All reservations to be made via the hotel reservations number
quoting the SCB Card number to 0117386386.
• Rooms will be given on a first come first serve basis, subject to
availability & payment confirmation.
• The offer is extended only for direct bookings made at the
respective Hotel’s head office (Offer not extended for online
bookings).
• Discounts will not be applicable for extras, additional meals,
child and other supplements.
• All payments are to be made at the time of reservation at the
Reservation’s office in Colombo.
• Standard Child and Hotel policies will be applicable & The
Bank’s General Credit Card terms and conditions will continue
to apply.
• SCB and Theme Resorts & Spas reserve the right to change the
terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
