Page 25 - ABCs of quarantine
P. 25
I’ve felt lonely during
quarantine.
We used to see so many people all the time.
Even if it was just going to the store, it was still lots
of new faces. We loved school, story time at the
library, playdates with friends, nursery at church,
and visiting with our family.
One day my mom set up a bubble blower with
“virtual hugs, high fives, and handshakes.” She
stuck us in our baby cage and we got to watch
people walk by.
Nope. It’s not the same thing mom. I want to be
right next to other people.
I’m so lonely.
