Searching for Your New Home
The search for your new home will be much easier if you can take a few minutes to
seriously consider the following:
What type of home do I want?
Example: 4 bedroom on ½ acre.
What type of home do I need?
Example: 3 bedroom on ¼ acre.
What are the things I must have in my new home?
A great kitchen? Fenced-in backyard? Maybe a specific neighborhood?
What is the limit I need to put on price?
If you cannot comfortably make the payment, you won’t be happy in your home. Therefore, we should look
at lower priced homes because you don’t want to feel crunched each month when your payment is due.
