■ I am not a home inspector. You must call a professional.
■ I am not a city official. I do not have deed restrictions or city development plans. You may get these items
downtown.
■ I am not a structural engineer. I am not trained to detect which cracks in a house are normal settling and
which cracks signal structural damage.
■ I am not a tax accountant. Ask a professional tax accountant about deducting house mortgage interest from
your taxes.
■ I am not a mortgage loan officer. I can help you estimate what your payments would be, but I cannot approve
you for a loan.
■ Finally, I am not paid referral fees from any of these people. I will ask questions when I do not know specifics
about the areas above, and I suggest you do the same!
