Taking care of your teeth means more than brushing and flossing, for complete care, it’s important
to visit a dentist every six months for a regular check-up and professional cleaning . This includes
comprehensive teeth cleaning, in which we thoroughly clean and polish your teeth to remove any
tartar and plaque and restore your teeth’s natural sparkle. In addition to the cleaning, the dentist
will also inspect for cavities and any other signs of tooth decay, examine teeth and gums and check
for any other dental problems that may go unrecognised.
Visits to the dentist protects your overall health and can help you avoid serious health complica-
tions and disease. Routine visits also allow you to speak to the dentist or hygienist about your con-
