For the bananas, he chooses the half ripe ones because
they are firm and not mushy. He slices each one thinly.
The big ones slice into four pieces and the small ones
slice into three. Then he puts them into the batter and
fries them. He does this for each pan. When it is finished,
he slices them again. Sometimes he is very busy, so his
neighbour always helps him.
