Why is it important know your system?

If you don't know how to break down your system properly, it makes the task
of becoming consistent with your trading even more difficult.

Becoming consistently profitable is something we often here in trading and all
that becoming consistent means is having a system where you can easily
identify your strenghts and weakness. If you are winning but cant easily
repeat your actions which lead to that winning trade then you will find it harder
to stay consistent. We believe one of the first aims for every trader is to
become consistent and the only way we think you can do that is with a
system.

So whats the difference between a system and a strategy? Well a system is a
fixed systematic approach you use to finding a trading opportunity, executing
a trade and the closing it weather thats at a profit, loss or break even. A
system is just the like a recipe a strategy is the steps you take to put the
recipe together.
