3M™ Cold Shrink QT-III Termination Kits and Joint Kits are
designed to provide high reliability and save you time and
money. They install quickly and easily, helping to reduce
potential craft errors. They require no special tools, High Voltage Joints and Terminations,
adhesives, torches, or other heat sources. Once installed,
the cold shrink accessory creates a dynamic, compressive
environmental seal and electrical interface without
sealants or adhesives.
The QT-III terminations meet or exceed the requirements
of IEEE 48, Class 1, 69 kV and IEC 60840 for 72,5 kV. The QS-III joints meet or exceed the requirements
of IEEE 404, for 69 kV and IEC 60840 for 72,5 kV. 72,5–145 kV
