The 3M™ Dynatel™ Locator 2220M Series is designed to find the path and estimated
depth of buried pipes and cables.
Features include:
2 Two active frequencies (8 kHz, 82 kHz)
2 Passive frequencies for power, cathodic protection systems
2 Detects frequencies from sondes and remote transmitters (512 Hz, 640 Hz, 33 kHz)
2 Direct readout of active duct probe (sonde)
2 Cable/pair identification
2 Receivers incorporate an “expander” function to make peaks and nulls more
pronounced
2 Receiver and transmitter self-test each time the unit is turned on
