INNOVATION PROGRAMME ACCESS TO MODERN ENERGY:
Innovations with impact through open and constructive collaboration
Marcel Raats of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) joined forces with DCHI in the Access to Modern Energy (AME) programme. This programme followed the ‘want- find-get’ methodology that DCHI has been tailoring to the humanitarian aid and development sector in the past few years.
