Description : Acharya Yogeshji systematically explained in detail the various aspects of a
Conch shell, the advantages, the science behind the sound waves and the art / technique of
blowing into a conch shell. All the 15 participant students could successfully blow a conch shell
by the end of the training. The entire process was covered by the prominent media channels
giving a very good PR coverage to "RCTMT" SESSION 2) 8 PM to 9 PM - Regular club Meeting
with the club Members, Guest & Dist. Dignitaries. The meeting was called to order by Club
President followed by the National Anthem. The speaker was escorted to the dais by IPP Satish
Kothare. The speaker was introduced to the members by the first lady Rtn. Chhaya Zende .
Acharya Yogeshji then took over for the next almost 1 hour explaining Shankh Sadhana by
speaking on SHANKH AUR SANATHAN, VARIOUS TYPES OF SHANKH, SCIENTIFIC
DETAILS, RELATION BETWEEN SHANKH – HUMAN BODY & YOG, ADVANTAGES &
BENIFETS OF SHANKH SADHANA. Indeed a very informative and interesting session for all.
