Das Internationale Filmfestival für Kinder und Jugendliche aus dem
tschechischen Zlín, das Festival für Junges Publikum Film „Ale Kino!“ aus
Poznań in Polen und das SCHLiNGEL Filmfestival Chemnitz haben 2015
gemeinsam ein Animationsfilmprogramm für Kinder ins Leben gerufen,
zu dem jedes Land einen eigenen Teil beisteuert. Jedes Partnerfestival
stellt eine 20-minütige Collage aktueller, nationaler Animationskurzfilme
zusammen. Diese kommen ohne Sprache aus oder werden eingelesen,
sind also international verständlich. Ihre Premiere feierte die Zusammen-
stellung beim 55. Internationalen Zlín Film Festival.
Das Programm wird seitdem stetig aktualisiert. Dieses Projekt ist ein Sym-
bol für die enge Zusammenarbeit der drei Partnerfestivals und für den
damit verbundenen interkulturellen Austausch.
Seit 2019 sind die tschechischen, polnischen und deutschen Produktionen
Teil des nationalen und internationalen Kurzfilmwettbewerbs des SCHLiNGEL
Filmfestivals. Auf gute Nachbarschaft!

In 2015, the International Film Festival for Children and Youth from the
Czech Zlín, the International Young Audience Film Festival “Ale Kino!”
from Poznań in Poland and the SCHLiNGEL Film Festival Chemnitz have
initiated a program of animated films for children together, to which every
country will contribute their own part. Each partner festival assembles a
20-minute collection of current, animated short films. They either spare
language or use live voice over, so they are internationally understandable.
The collection had its premiere at the 55th International Zlín Film Festival.
The program will be updated steadily. This project is a symbol for the three
partner festivals’ close collaboration and for the related intercultural ex-
change.
Since 2019, the Czech, Polish and German productions have been part of
the national and international short film competition of the SCHLiNGEL
Film Festival. Good neighbourhood!
