There is an easy contact syncing process from where all the contacts can be imported,

added to the zoho campaign dashboard. The Dashboard can be customized based on
the management needs. Managers can also link the e-commerce platform to their
portals such as shopify, big commerce, zoho commerce and woo commerce.

ABC also gets to manage the company profile, notification rules and subscription

related details from the administrators profile.

2.1 Out of Scope

The list of out of scope items as discussed and agreed during requirement workshops
are:-
