Relationships and
cyberbullying
In this article, I will talk about relationships and cyberbullying in social media.
The positive things are that you can make more
friends and it’s easier, you can chat with them if they
are on a trip, you can video chat with them, too.
The bad things are that you can have a physical
confrontation because of something that, for example,
you’ve commented, you may chat with someone that
says “Ok, let’s meet in the park at 9;00”, and when you go there, he can be a pedophile
or a kidnapper. You can also send something to
someone and that person then viralizes it. Additionally,
you can be cyberbullied because, for example, you
posted something or commented something corny and
someone screenshotted it and posted it on him/her
and the people that follow that person saw it and
maybe multiplied the cyberbullying by posting your
photo/comment.
Solutions
You can fix this problem by signing off, ignoring the posts/comments that
cyberbullied you, trying to think what you are going to post, not talking to strangers
and making your profile private.
Conclusion
From my point of view, it’s not that you don’t have to use social
media, you may use it if you want, but you have to use it decently.
