Recommendations

1- Companies in mid green and lower should not use visa or iqama

transfer.

2- Most of the companies should have a proper HR manager.

3- Our plan is to arrange a meeting with companies that are in low

green and yellow and we already met with Namma international (
report issued) , orbit and Nesma United ( we will send a separate report

for each company soon).
