Recommendations
1. Increasing the number of Saudis in departments such as
(finance, IT ….).
2. Focusing to hire Saudis in companies that are in mid green
(6 companies) low green (2 companies) and yellow (1
company).
3. Increasing the total percentage of Saudization in Nesma
group from 18% to 20%.
4. There are 334 Non Saudis their age over 60 years in Nesma
group of companies.
