The building
The site is located in a car park designed as a coach park for
the Olympics. A recent renovation by Haptic architects added
the metal cladding to the facade.
The proposal is to take part of the ground floor and top deck.
The ground floor will be used for industrial brewing allowing
tours of the process and equipment. The top floor will be used
for a bar, offices and educational out reach facilities.
There are panoramic views over London from the top
deck and existing vertical circulation makes the connection
between the ground floor and top deck easy.
