Fortunately, you don't have to do this alone. In my program, I will guide you in developing strategies to nurture a mindset for weight loss and healthy lifestyle. Some areas we will focus on include:

• Nurturing the gut-brain connection
• Healing the gut
• Engaging in mindful eating
• Respecting portion control
• Developing healthy, non-food coping skills for stress
• Connecting nourishment off the plate to food, lifestyle choices
• Choosing the best exercise and movement
• Healthy food shopping, meal planning, and basic cooking principles
The lifestyle skills you'll develop can bring on the lasting changes needed for permanent weight loss and good health!
