Thank you for expressing interest in becoming a member of the CEO Forum. We have been
serving the needs of CEOs, senior executives and their families since 1995. CEO Forum is
designed to nurture, educate and equip leaders of influence, just like yourself, and their families to
use their God-given platforms in the global marketplace and in their neighborhoods for the Kingdom
of Jesus Christ.

It has been proven that the touch of God has always, and will always, come through men
and women of faith who believe in and respect the authority and power of God.

As a member, you will have access to a place of refuge. The Forum is a safe, confidential,
spiritual haven and place of encouragement for CEOs and senior executives. Your personal
relationship with your assigned team member will provide a unique foundation of strength for
spiritual transformation.

The ministry of CEO Forum is unique based on its membership profile. It is the only ministry
known that restricts its service to CEOs and Senior Executives of major corporations. The
prerequisites for becoming a member are as follows: To have a bottom line responsibility in a
business with a minimum of $100 million in revenue or with over $1 billion in assets under
management. Members are highly encouraged to become engaged in the Forum’s activities by
attending the various events, registering for the Spiritual Leadership Institute, our “crown jewel”, and
through financial support. There are no membership dues or fees, but rather a recommended tax-
deducible donation to the Forum of $15,000 annually.

While speaking at our 2016 Annual Forum, Presidential candidate Carly Fiorina said, “Every
single one of us are gifted by God.” Here at CEO Forum we believe God has gifted you to become
a leader of influence and He has a powerful and influential plan for you on your leadership journey.
I am confident that your membership in the Forum will educate, challenge and encourage
your individual walk with Jesus Christ. Many of our members have shared that the Forum has been
the vehicle God used to deepen their faith and to help them expand their influence for Christ and in
