Additional terms:
General: Customers only booking for Spring, the discount will end by May 31st 2019
Customers only booking for Fall the discount will commence on June 1st 2019 and remain until Dec 31st 2019
Fill-in orders:
- Discounts: Same as on booking orders
- Payment terms 30 days net
- Late payments: Late payments will result in loss of agreed discount. Interest will be charged by 1.5% per month
- Terms of sales: Select Sport America, Inc.'s "General Terms and Conditions" apply for all orders - booking as well
as fill-in orders. These terms are stated on the Price list 2019. By placing orders with Select Sport
America, Inc., customers accept to comply with these terms.
