ONLINE DEALER PORTAL ACCESS AND FEATURES

We have put together a great selection of online tools to help you better manage your account, and place orders
with us. After logging in to your account, the below features and tools will become available to you in the
upper navigation bar of our website.

MY ACCOUNT - MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Here you can manage your password, email address, phone number, billing/ shipping addresses and credit
cards. You can also download your pricing sheets and an excel spreadsheet with product data.

MY ORDERS - ACCESS ORDER INVOICES AND TRACK SHIPMENTS

Using this tool, you will be able to search through your entire order history and access historical invoices. You
may also contact your CSR directly using the link on each order, and track your shipments.

MY ART - ACCESS AND BROWSE ARTWORK FROM PREVIOUS ORDER

Browse your account for previous artwork that we have embroidered.

EMBROIDERY AND CUSTOMIZATION IN CAPBUILDER
Ordering decorated caps is just as easy as ordering blank caps from the Products pages
• Start by selecting a stock or CustomUSA cap style, color, size, and quantity
• Click the button to connect to Cap Builder™
• Customize your cap using our new and enhanced Cap Builder.
• When you have completed your logo decoration in Cap Builder, click the button to add your customized
caps to the shopping cart
• Return to the Products page to select additional caps
• When you add a second cap to the shopping cart, you can:
○ -Start a new Cap Builder to create new logo designs
○ -Add the new caps to the Cap Builder design already in your cart
○ -Use the Cap Builder already in your cart as a starting point for a new logo design

Manage and review your cart items here. You will have the opportunity to select different shipping options, payment
methods and drop-ship addresses before placing your order.

LIVE INVENTORY AND PRICING
By navigating to the details page of a particular style from
our Products page, you will be able to view live inventory
quantities for both our West and East Coast warehouses.
