                    Warrior Ropes


          The Warrior training rope strengthens muscle groups
          in your upper back, biceps and forearms. Excellent
          for  developing  finger  and  hand  strength.  Use  the
          rope as a station in your functional training circuit.
          The Warrior Rope is ideal for battling rope workouts
          and Tug-of-War competitions. A battling rope regimen
          includes the following exercises and more:
             • Double Ripple
             • Alternate Ripple
             • Side to Side
             • Alternate Side to Side
             • Double Twist
             • Double Wiggle
             • Squat & Pull
          Available  in 2” diameter poly Dacron rope. Ends
          are whipped with twine, shrink wrapped and sealed
          with a rubber cap. Designed to prevent fraying and
          unraveling. Available in Gold.
