Always measure at the fullest
part of the chest with your
arms at your side.
2 Waist Measurement:
Measure around the natural
waistline, which is the narrowest
part of your waist.
*For LightStrike suits - Measure
at the belly button.
3 Hip Measurement:
Always measure at the fullest
part of the hip standing with
your feet together.
4 Torso Measurement:
Start at the shoulder, down the
torso, through the legs, and
return back to your
starting point.
