Our Be Original® approach to creating custom headwear takes advantage of the foundation of our proprietary business model
that is built around design flexibility at low minimums. Our Custom Program gives you full control of the design/customization process.
In as few as six steps you can choose one of our popular styles, silhouette options, fabrics & color combinations, Embellishment
Levels, add Custom Add-Ons and take advantage of our program’s unmatched flexibility by the dozen to create
the perfect hat in the industry’s lowest minimums.

features “Popular Looks” that show you trending silhouettes, fabrics and embellishment
options for each product we have to offer.
Our product design team has taken the guess work out of “what’s popular”
and trending in the Team Sports market and have supplied you with an assortment
of headwear options leaving just color choices and the ability to personalize
your hat for your school or team up to you.
ADJUSTABLE, STRETCH-FIT OR ULTRA-FIT

Most of our “Popular Looks” can be ordered as an Adjustable,
Stretch-Fit or Ultra-Fit Hat. To figure out the price difference simply
subtract $1.00 MSRP from a Stretch-Fit or Ultra-Fit price to make it
Adjustable or add $1.00 MSRP to the Adjustable price to make it
a Stretch-Fit or Ultra-Fit Hat.
