Message of the Chairpersons

It is with great joy and thankfulness that we come on today to celebrate our distinguished
Missionary Supervisor, Mrs. D. Diane Proctor. The Women’s Home and Overseas Missionary
Society of the New York Conference, along with the Presiding Elders, Pastors, Ministers,
Conference and District Officers, Laity and friends of the North Eastern Episcopal District, are

here to pay tribute to an outstanding leader in the area of Christian missions.

Mrs. D. Diane Proctor, your leadership has provided phenomenal stewardship and success.

For this reason, we gather to salute you for your spirit of excellence and your grace-filled
guidance. We appreciate your love, wisdom and supervision, which you have so generously
provided to the New York Conference and throughout our Episcopal District.

The opportunity to learn and grow under your leadership has been informative and
productive. Your desire to excel continues to point us to higher levels of achievement and

innovative decision making, all for the upbuilding of God’s kingdom.

During your tenure, we have experienced enormous growth and development in our mission

ministry. Mrs. D. Diane Proctor, you have been an exceptional blessing to the great A.M.E.
Zion mission enterprise.

rich anointing on you to continue in ministry that services and blesses humanity!
