EXERCISE 3: Business Model Canvas: 30 mins
Working in your teams of 3 to 5 and referring to the Business Value Practitioner
Case Study Part 1:
• Create a Business Model Canvas for the Case Study organisation
• List as much information within each BMC building block as you can (you are
allowed to make reasonable assumptions about the nature and operation of
the business)
• Discuss a group how you might validate this information, and how you might
use the BMC to help develop your strategy for engagement with this
customer.
