1. What is a knowledge worker? • Customer employee or contractor that utilizes a computing device for a material portion of their day-to-day responsibilities
• For some organizations, this is all employees – but for many it may be a subset
2. How do we determine the knowledge worker • Starting point proxy = number of computers in the organization
count? • Calculation methodology documented in Knowledge Worker Estimate form
• Customer provides good faith estimate based on agreed methodology
3. What are the benefits of the Collab EA vs. a
financed CUWL transaction? • No additional license / service costs in the event of organic growth (or 20% inorganic growth). The Cloud Conferencing Suites
have a 20% maximum organic/inorganic growth CAP.
4. Why are there so many Collab EA transaction
limitations? • Software usage rights across the entire organization, not just licensed users
• Simple, unified license model
• Architectural flexibility (e.g., redundant infrastructure, test beds, mobile client mix)
• Quantity limitations: Limited go-to-market and operational capabilities
• Customer size: Focus on strategic customers whose needs are less aligned with traditional model
• Geography: Legal and financial due diligence only completed in the United States, Canada, EU, ANZ, Mexico, Brazil,

• Partner: Unproven operation model / limited number of transactions makes it unrealistic to rollout to full partner base
5. What can I do to accelerate Collab EA • Transaction limitations will be relaxed over time as the offer matures and go-to-market / operational capabilities are expanded

6. What suite(s) require an Assessment-to-

the completion and BU approval of an A2Q process.
