Workshop objectives
• Help Partners develop their own internal Fast IT Practice
• Enable the I&O team (Infrastructure & Operations) to
dramatically increase the agility of their current operations, and
answer the needs of the business
• Better engage with the Application Development departments
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing IT Operating Models
to deliver greater agility (Fast IT)
• Drive the digital transformation of their customer, or of their
own enterprise, through engaging with Innovise and Cisco
