Knowledge Worker

• The price of the Collaboration Enterprise Agreement Suites is directly
correlated to the number of Knowledge Workers within an
organization. Consequently, correctly identifying and counting knowledge
workers is a critical part of the Collab EA sales process.

• Note: Since the Collaboration Enterprise Agreement is an "all in" model, the
focus of Knowledge Worker counting efforts must be to assess the gross
number of Knowledge Workers in an organization. The quantity of projected
software deployment during the term or other infrastructure considerations
(e.g., employees / devices supported by competitive offerings) is not a factor
in the gross Knowledge Worker count.
