Project – Access and Permission
? Users must be granted rights at the Project l
? You can grant permissions to Users, Groups
? Permissions are
? View – Can see and use project
? Modify – Can edit Project settings such as Budget
? Manage – Modify rights plus can manage sharing
? When you create a Phase it will prompt
you if you want to add this phase user to
the project. Clicking Ok adds the users to
the project with View access
