Introducing bimodal IT

Total Cost of Ownership and support for digitalisation

• With a singular approach to IT, these are often considered to be conflicting
and mutually exclusive objectives

• Reconfiguring the IT Operating Model to adopt a 2-speed (“bimodal”)
