6: Prepare Shipment for Recycling
A. Stack the recycling boxes on a pallet and measure the Stacked
pallet (Length, Width and Height).
B. Calculate the approximate weight (estimate each box = 30 lbs.)
C. Provide to the EnviroGuard Project Manager
1. Dimension of the Stacked Pallet (Length, Width, Height)
2. Total estimated weight of Pallet
3. Average # of Pillows per Box
4. # of Boxes per Pallet
5. # Pallets
6. Contact Info (name, phone, email)
7. Shipping Hours
8. If a lift gate is needed (i.e. how will the boxes get on the truck)
D. Project Manager will provide Shipping Instructions
E. You will be provided a Bill of Lading and copy of
the Non-Contaminated Profile
