One of our core values is good stewardship of the resources entrusted to us. That’s why we continue to grow
existing communities and develop new ones. By investing in our communities to create more balance in our
revenue sources, MRC is less dependent on federal reimbursement. This responsible growth makes us one
of the strongest systems in the nation and listed among LeadingAge/Ziegler top 100 systems in the country.
We currently operate seven multi-level retirement communities in Texas and five affordable housing commu-
nities under the auspices of the Housing & Urban Development Administration (HUD).
