The Youth Department Champion Cake will be sold at the baked goods
auction to benefit the Community Show Silver Offering. The Youth
Department Reserve Champion Cake will be sold at the baked goods
auction to benefit the Catoctin FFA Chapter. Decorated cakes will be
auctioned to benefit an organization of the exhibitor’s choice. Due to lack
of refrigeration, no meringue or custard pies, cheesecakes or cream cheese
icings or fillings will be allowed. All baked goods must be on disposable
plates; pies in disposable aluminum pans. No cake mixes or other mixes are
to be used. All baked products will become the property of the Community
Show and will be sold at the baked goods auction on Friday night at 8:15
p.m. in the auditorium. Any entry believed not to be made by a child ages
11-18 will be disqualified by the judges. No Lego entries. Only one entry
per exhibitor per class.
