2018 MONTGOMERY COUNTY AGRICULTURAL FAIR

CHAIRMEN

We are pleased to welcome you to another great year at the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair. The MCAC Board of Directors,
office staff, superintendents of departments, and the hundreds of volunteers have been vigorously working to bring you the best Fair ever.

One of our goals is to maintain the agricultural aspect at our Fair. We are fortunate to have very active 4-H animal clubs in our
County as well as open exhibitors to achieve this goal. We encourage you to visit the numerous animal barns and converse with the
owners about their animal projects. Also, take time to visit the Home Arts building, the Farm & Garden building, the Arts, Crafts and
Photography building, and the Old Timers building where you can learn new facts and see wonderful exhibits. Be sure to visit Buffalo
Wild Wings KidZone’s Science, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture/Arts and Mathematics tent, offering an educational experience
for children of all ages. Buffalo Wild Wings KidZone is a great place for children, with numerous games and Educational activities.

XFINITY Grandstand entertainment this year will consist of the following: New for 2018 is the ATV Drag Racing, Truck Drag
Racing, Monster Truck Madness, and the Demolition Derby, Night of Destruction. The Chesapeake DockDogs, ATV Drag Racing and
Truck Drag Racing are free events. All other Grandstand entertainment are paid events so please visit our website (mcagfair.com) for
more information. There will also be free entertainment on the Fairgrounds, Carrie McQueen, our amazing roaming stilt walker, and new
for 2018 is ROBOCARS, be on the lookout for these life sized transforming robot vehicles. Returning for 2018 on the Pepco an Exelon
Company Community stage is the Grand Illusions by the Blooms, and much more. New this year on the upper part of the Fairgrounds
is Hansen’s Spectacular Acrobatic Sensations, an amazing family acrobatic show that will leave audiences of any age breathless!

Back again by popular demand will be Powers Great American Midways to provide you with over fifty amazing rides and games.

We are working continuously to making changes and upgrades to our facility in hopes that you have an enjoyable
stay. We look forward to your presence and while you are visiting the Fair, be sure to stop by Buffalo Wild Wings KidZone,
Pepco an Exelon Company Community Stage, the upper grounds and the Xfinity Grandstand for family fun and entertainment.
