I’m Rashida, & Music is my world.
Music has the ability to teach, move, and even heal you. It can inspire good feelings, make you cry, and bring people together. Powerful, isn’t it? People say that music is a universal language.
Well...I agree.....
Music is vibration, and vibrations actually communicate to our emotional state, affect the atmosphere, and creates our reality. It is how we physically see, hear, and feel.
Music is a common bond that we all share.
With every show I DJ, my end game is to tell a story and touch hearts through my choice of songs.
Being a DJ has been a lot of fun, I get to do what I love, travel the world, meet amazing people and make them feel good. I never forget that
DJ’ing is also work and a responsibility
that I take very seriously.
Any career you choose to do in life will require work ethic, practice, skills, practice, practice, and more practice to perfect your craft. What you put in is exactly what you will get out. If you want to be taken seriously, and be ahead of the game, don’t cheat yourself by taking shortcuts.
I have created this workbook to share some of my personal experiences and provide
a tool for you to gain basic practical knowledge. I also want you to have something to reflect upon from time to time.
