TERM AND
CONDITION
1. Students and lecturers can participate in this competition
2. Maximum numbers of participants from outside Malaysia is three and
the maximum number of participants from institutions in Malaysia is
four.
3. Each participant will receive individual certificate of participant.
4. Each participant can receive individual medal for winner.
5. Participant participated in other competition need to adjust and
modify the product to make it entitle to participate in RESPEX 2018.
6. The product can be in the form of prototype, idea, simulation, video,
document, drawing, model and real product.
7. Participant will receive gold, silver, bronze medal and certificate or
certificate of participation.
8. No changes can be made on the name of the participants, product
itself and the title of the product.
9. The decision of the judges is final.
10. The juries also will select the best product for each category, best
product for Malaysian Institution, best product for foreign institution and
best project for RESPEX 2018.
11. Each participant will receive their booth and its registration number.
12. The size of each booth is 1.5m by 3.0m.
13. The category of evaluation is based on content of poster,
demonstration, the quality of project and intellectual property.
