Guidance for Completing the Application Form
Provide a clear description of the project. Do not use technical terms, explain any
acronyms. Some sections of the form contain guidance on the number of words to be
used. Additional information and text in excess of any limits will not be considered. The
assessment of bids will be based on the information provided in the Application Form
only. Do not attach additional appendices or include links to websites, these will
not be taken into consideration when scoring the application.

Please select which City Deal Programme(s) the pilot project will support and tick the
appropriate box to show that you have consulted with the programme lead officer on
your application. Contact with the appropriate project lead on how the pilot
project meets the skills needs of their programme is a requirement for approval
