Interior Excellence
Interior Excellence has been specifically designed and created for current or aspiring Senior Interior crew members who have one year’s experience in the Superyacht industry. The course focuses on the managerial skills required to progress through the ranks to a HoD or Management role on-board. It covers all elements set out in the PYA GUEST II Yacht Interior Administration and Human Resource, Yacht Interior Housekeeping, Valet, Laundry and Floristry.
Course Outline
With the focus on Interior Head of Departments key job functions; this 5-day course is aimed at those who are committed to continued growth and product knowledge in Interior Excellence. Students will be taught about a variety of useful, high-level skills, as well as being required to practice and display the attributes taught during the course.
This is a NEW and insightful course that dedicates it’s time to the delicate art that is Interior Excellence.
Key Outcomes
Through theoretical and practical training, delegates emerge armed with the knowledge to skilfully lead an interior team in fluid Interior practices and duties in Housekeeping, Valet, Laundry, Guest Product Management, Ancillary Services, Trip Planning and Floristry, while providing the highest level of service.
Price
Prices are set at 1,800 Euro per course.
Includes all training material, private accommodation – only 6 beds available (excluding weekends) for the five days. Non-residential 1,650 Euro. The Interior Excellence Course falls between our Pure Excellence Service courses, so if time allows, students are able to complete 10 days of training that will enable to the be able to run and manage the interior of any yacht successfully.
Number of delegates per course is a minimum of two and a maximum of six to ensure optimal training results.
