Course Outline
This 3-day course provides an intensive, extensive and fun understanding
of barista techniques, from bean to brewing. Through practical demonstration, students are taught to deliver consistent quality whilst operating quickly in order to produce numerous hot drinks simultaneously and to serve them with the highest level of excellence to owners, guests or clients. Latte art is taught using simple tactics to break down language barriers and help with consistency.
Key Outcomes
This 3 day course is designed for delegates to gain a thorough understanding, knowledge and awareness of how to be an accomplished barista, develop technique, discover their individual signatures and learn to improve their skills and techniques. Delegates are also taught about the various types of tea and tea service to cater for different tastes from around the world. Hot chocolate preparation is also explored.
