Breaking New Ground.

Chair, Brecon RFC
Welcome to the first season of the WRU Community Premiership for
our Senior XV and of Division 6 East Central for our Athletic! I know
that every one of our members is looking forward to cheering the
players onwards as the season progresses.
The Club has seen some changes off the field and is leading the diversity
field with the appointment of me as Chair and Rachel Evans-Taylor as Chair
of the M&J Section. Our Club is diverse in gender and ethnicity and there is
more work to be done to make it as inclusive as possible for the benefit of
our community.
On the field, we have, ahead of us, possibly the most exciting season since
Brecon RFC helped to form the Welsh Rugby Union in 1874!
Our senior team under the leadership of Dale ‘Chief’ McIntosh and his
superb team have approached their pre-season preparation with utter
