Working in healthcare is the best decision I’ve ever made because you get to help people day in and day out and have a positive impact on their lives, you could be the difference in making somebodies day!
Working in healthcare also helps you understand real life situations and what goes on behind the scenes, you get to experience a huge amount just dealing with patients and their families! Working in healthcare helps your confidence as well as it can boost your mental well being and increase your skills.

Working in health care is the best decision I ever made, meeting patients,
talking to them and hearing past stories of theirs, learning new skills each day and working as a team on the ward. With hard work and dedication, comes with a heart-warming feeling at the end of each shift knowing that you’ve made a difference to your patients day.

Working in Health care is the best decision I ever made because it’s given me a range of opportunities within my workplaces to improve my skills and knowledge. While doing this I have met some amazing individuals in my workplaces including healthcare and nurses, who have inspired me to keep improving my skills daily and grow more confident in what I’m doing. It has also enabled me to improve my teamwork skills as there are many opportunities to meet new people and work as part of a team and feel involved.
