How do I qualify for a Degree Apprenticeship?
To qualify for a Degree Apprenticeship, you will need:
 To be employed in a relevant job either as an existing employee or new hire,
for a minimum of 30 hours per week and work 51% of the time in Wales
  Your employer will need to agree to you enrolling onto the apprenticeship course and release you from work for the required study time each week
 You will also need to satisfy the competencies and programme entry requirements of the relevant degree apprenticeship
 How do Degree Apprenticeships support Businesses?
Apprenticeships are a great investment and thousands of businesses are benefiting from apprenticeships to help them grow. Apprenticeships can help recruit new talent or develop existing staff.
Businesses can use apprenticeships to build the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to succeed. Businesses of any size in Wales can take on degree apprentices.

Apprenticeship facts for Businesses.
   Apprenticeships are at least a year long and work in partnership with a gov- ernment-approved training partner
Apprentices spend at least 20% of paid time in off the job training at college or university and the rest with the employer
There is no employer
N.I. contributions for an apprentice under 25 years of age
 Annual fees for UK/EU students are £9000 per annum,
with ‘full funding’ currently available (subject to confirmation from HEFCW), covering the full course tuition fees of £27,000
 No additional tuition fee for the student or the employer
