Cocktails Passionfruit Martini
60 ml Vodka
60 ml Passionfruit Liquer
60 ml Passionfruit Puree *In Fridge or Freezer 30 ml Sugar Syrup
1⁄2 Passionfruits Pulp
Garnish: Slice of Passionfruit
* Shake and serve in a chilled martini glass.
Pour all ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice, shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. To chill glass, fill with ice and soda water.
For a variation – Top with Champagne, for a Martini Royale.
Mojito
60 ml Bacardi / Havana Handful fresh mint leaves 30 ml Sugar Syrup
1 tablespoon of Sugar
1⁄2 - 1 Lime
Soda Water Crushed Ice Garnish: Mint Sprig
*Build in Christophle Tall Tumbler, Roll Lime before cutting.
Muddle Sugar Syrup, Sugar, Chopped up Lime, and Mint.
Add Bacardi and overflow with crushed ice. Top with Soda Water.
Place straw by Mint, so you inhale as well as taste.
For a variation - Top with Ginger Beer, or with champagne for a Mojito Royale.
