Yacht numbers and sizes have grown exponentially and naturally, crews
have followed suit, with requirements becoming increasingly diverse;
we now have yachts with 25 individual roles and responsibilities, within
teams of 80-100.
Reflecting this, our recruitment team has grown to represent each
function - we have a team of experienced specialists in place who
understands the challenges of each role and the criteria required to
deliver.
From Captains and CO’s recruiting for Bridge and Deck positions,
former Chief Stews and Pursers looking after our Admin and Interior
recruitment, former Head Chefs managing our Galley team, and
specialist recruiters focusing on areas such as new builds, submarines,
tenders and expedition vessels. all bringing a wealth of experience in this
field, at the very highest level.
