Pure Service Excellence
Due to a high demand from our students and industry professionals alike, we, at TCA recognise the need for a greater, in-depth knowledge and awareness of all things service. In view of this, we have just created a BRAND NEW and very exciting "Pure Service Excellence" course. This course is aimed at developing the skills of all interior crew and any other individuals who wish to broaden their knowledge, skills and confidence in all aspects of Food and Beverage service. It covers all elements set out in the PYA GUEST II Yacht Interior Advanced Service and PYA GUEST II Yach Interior Administration and Human Resource.
Course Outline
With the focus firmly on a Service Steward/ess’ key job functions, this 5-day course is aimed at those who are committed to serving with Skill, Style and Awareness. Students will be taught about cultural dietary awareness, cutlery language, dining ambience, gourmet and gastronomy appreciation, as well as being required to practice and display the skills learnt from menu creation to advanced levels of service.
This is a challenging and innovative course, reflective of the knowledge and skills required in today's demanding Superyacht and high-end Hospitality industries.
Key Outcomes
Through theoretical and practical training, delegates will emerge armed with the knowledge to skilfully serve their owners and guests in a seamless, confident and conversant manner, providing them with the very highest level of service.
Price
Prices are set at €2300 per course, accommodation provided
Includes all training materials for the five-day duration.
The number of delegates per course is minimum four and maximum six to ensure optimal learning results.
