Having got Kenilworth up and running, a share
offer was launched on the 3rd July 2000.
Applicants responded quickly and aer
promotional activity at that year’s Royal
Welsh Show the minimum amount to ensure
the share offer succeeded was reached. The
offer closed on the 6th August 2000 and from
that point Farmers First Ltd. became totally
owned by the UK’s farming producers and
shareholders.
