Use case examples:
1. Assess crew members' understanding of safety
protocols and emergency procedures.
2. Test crew members' knowledge of onboard equipment
and machinery.
3. Evaluate crew members' skills in navigation and
seamanship.
4. Assess knowledge of guest service standards and
procedures.
5. Test crew members' understanding of environmental
regulations and best practices.
Allow crew to create a collaborative document by building pages together, with full history of edits made by each participant.
Use case examples:
1. Guidelines for daily operations, safety
procedures, equipment usage, emergency
protocols and guest service standards.
2. Page for ports with docking procedures, local
regulations, contact information, and
recommended local services and attractions.
3. Instructional guides and manuals for
equipment and safety procedures.
4. FAQs and troubleshooting tips for common
issues.
5. Pages for all guest preferences, past
interactions and feedback, as well as suggestions to enhance future experience.
The checklist module allows to create a one-off checklist / to do list / task list for the crew to work through.
It can be useful when checking offline steps, e.g. during onboarding.
