Over the last decade his businesses have placed and trained thousands of personnel on yachts and within private families, counting many of the world’s UHNW individuals as his personal clients. Andrew was led to establish EHC by a desire to raise the standards of private household training and services, in order to match those of the exceptional levels found in the yachting industry. Carla Restructuring Management Consultant Carla specialises in working with Executives and their teams to restructure their business into one that is more commercial, encourages creativity and innovation and builds upon the people strengths that exist already. Carla has over 25 years’ experience delivering change at Accenture as well as helping other organisations transform how the operate; such as BT, Michael Page, the Financial Reporting Council, Santander, Macquarie Bank, Royal Mail and Smiths Group. Nicole Restructuring Management Consultant Nicole heads up our Italian head-hunting team from her home overlooking the port of Imperia and has a wealth of experience in recruiting crew for her numerous owners over the years. Married to Steve who is a yacht captain, Nicki spent the first 20 years of her career working on numerous yachts - firstly as a Chief Stewardess and then moving to a Head Chef position for the same owner for 10 years. A consummate Australian and fun-loving mum of two, Nicki has proved to be a fantastic addition to the team. Hervé Mixologist and Barista Specialist Hervé has firmly established himself as one of the great mixologist and barista trainers in Europe, with the 2016 opening of his bar agency in Cannes crowning an award-winning decade in the industry. Renowned for his mixology skills, Hervé has been responsible for the training of over 150 high-class bartenders and baristas in the past three years. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in not only training but also bar set-up, cocktail list development and creating delicious concoctions from limited ingredients. YY Japanese Tea Cuarator Wei Yen Hui a.k.a YY is a London-based tea curator and practitioner. YY is the co-founder of Oishii Haha, a tea-focused studio dedicated to developing contem- porary tea culture. She frequently travels across Asia to research, todevelop and to source teas. Over the last few years YY has become a Japanese tea specialist with in-depth knowledge of Japanese tea culture and production. Sachi Floristry Specialist Sachi is a world-leader in the art of Japanese flower arranging, which she runs from (Sachi Flowers) her Cannes-based atelier and shop. Arranging flowers for world class weddings & events, she travels the planet with her photographer husband training and arranging some of the most delicate and elegant displays on Earth. Brenda Floristry Specialist Brenda started her floral journey in Barcelona, complementing her studies as floral designer in Paris, London and Belfast. Her designs are mostly inspired by nature and she loves sharing her passion and respect for flowers with her students. She founded her studio Floral Atelier in Barcelona and has facilitated workshops for students and trained clients staff in Mexico, UK, Spain, Poland, Lithuania, Venezuela, Sweden, Russia, Australia and South Africa just to mention a few. Daniel Sales Director Daniel heads up our team of client managers from our London office and is a founding partner who will be your first point of contact. He has spent the last few years managing new business opportunities within the UHNWI market, having won a number of Royal Palace contracts and other associated specialist person- nel contracts. Daniel’s attention to detail when it comes to managing his clients’ expectations is second-to-none, whilst his dedication to customer service is unparalleled. Emma Restructuring Management Consultant Emma had a fabulous career on yachts for 10 years, working her way up to Chief Stewardess. She has a long, land-based background in Yacht recruitment and Accounting and now is excited to be part of The Crew Hunter team. Emma focuses on personal contact with each Client and Crew member and treats everyone as individuals, ensuring that all her clients receive the same excellent service. Emma is married to a yacht Captain and they have two children who are yacht crew in the making! Charlotte Administrator & Recruitment Consultant Charlotte joins the team as an Administrator & Recruitment Consultant. Having spent a number of years working in Dubai, Charlotte also has 8 years’ experience working in the UK in administration, communication and client relationship management roles. Charlotte is a proud mum of two sports-loving boys and her spare time is spent stood on the side lines of local matches or cooking up a storm in the kitchen Luca Specialist, Mixologist & Barista Born in Trieste Italy, Luca is our professional bar consultant and trainer with a focus on classic cocktails, coffee and artisanal ice cream. He started his career in London by working in different coffee and cocktail focused venues. Luca has worked as a mixologist / barista / manager in some of London’s most established bars such as 69 Colebrook Row (ranked 23rd in the 2018 World’s 50 Best Bars list) and Bar Termini (ranked 6th). Marco Head Barista Marco is the leading barista trainer in Europe and was responsible in bringing Illy to London in 1990 as Head of Quality. Since then, Marco has also founded the Illy Università del Caffè in Trieste, Italy which trains 150 baristas a week, as well as a school in HMPS Pentonville that trains 40 baristas a year. In 2014 he opened award winning Bar Termini in Soho London with Tony Conigliaro, an establish- ment that currently holds 6th place in the top 50 ‘best bars in the world’. Frederic Wine Curator and WSET Specialist Frederic is a highly sought-after French sommelier as well as a certified WSET wine educator, and is our resident master of all things related to wines and cham- pagnes. He consults for numerous Michelin-star restaurants and speaks English, French and Romanian.
